By downloading, installing, or using Book of Answers ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Book of Answers is a divination and oracle entertainment app. The App provides randomly generated answers for entertainment and inspirational purposes only. The answers should not be relied upon for making important life decisions.

3. Free Features

The App provides free access to oracle readings with a daily limit. Free users can ask up to 3 questions per day. The daily limit resets at midnight local time.

4. Subscription Service

The App offers an optional auto-renewable subscription:

Premium - Unlimited Daily Use
Provides unlimited daily oracle readings
Subscription period: 1 month (auto-renewable)
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the App are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. The oracle answers are generated randomly and are intended for entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any answers provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
